I do request, as the undersigned that you give me as much information as
you have on the _L. Ron Hubbard Association of Scientologists Int._,
1812 - 19th Street, N.W. Washington 9, D.C.

This request is very important to me, as a young member of my family
desires to join this organization and make it a part of his future
occupation. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated by me.
