[PARAGRAPH BLACKED OUT]

With respect to the information contained in [BLACKED OUT] letter to
President KENNEDY, it was pointed out to [BLACKED OUT] that the
information which he had furnished regarding the above captioned
organization was primarily within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Food and
Drug Administration (FDA), and that he should furnish this administration
with any information he obtains regarding the organization. He stated
he realized this and that he had been in touch with [BLACKED OUT] of the
Miami office of the FDA

and had furnished [BLACKED OUT] all the information he had furnished this
office. He said, however, he had great respect for the FBI as an
investigative organization and wished to keep us advised of current
developments in this matter.

[BLACKED OUT] stated he first came to the Miami Office in June, 1960, and
initially contacted [BLACKED OUT] who was Special Agent in Charge at the
time. [BLACKED OUT] however, referred him to another agent who interviewed
him. At the time [BLACKED OUT] furnished information regarding his
domestic problems which he believed were caused by captioned organization.

He alleged that one [BLACKED OUT] had induced his wife to leave him by
developing her interest in Scientology. These facts relating to [BLACKED
OUT] domestic problems were set forth in a memorandum by SA [BLACKED
OUT] who recommended to [BLACKED OUT] that this matter by handled through
his personal attorney and the local courts.

[BLACKED OUT] was again in contact with this office on 2/8/62,
telephonically, in which he advised he was preparing a pamphlet [BLACKED
OUT] This information was furnished to the Bureau by letter dated
2/21/62.
